NUMBER OF BOOKS EACH STUDENT IS ALLOWED TO CHECK OUT
Students can check out 3 books per week. They may renew titles as needed.
BOOK RETURN
- All books are due 2 weeks after checkout.
- Books must be returned to the library basket in the classroom.
LOST OR DAMAGED BOOKS
- If you think your child returned a book, please have your child ask us to double check.
- If a book is overdue, the student is unable to checkout another book until the book is returned. (We do not charge fines for overdue books.)
- If a student loses or damages a book, the student is unable to checkout another book until the book is paid for. (If they find the book, you get all your money back.)

Logging in to Sora
Go to https://soraapp.com/home. Or dowload the free app from the Play Store or Apple Store. You can also get there by clicking the “Open” button on a title in the library catalog that is marked [EBOOK] or [EAUDIOBOOK].
- Library Card Number: enter your Student ID #
- PIN: enter your Birthdate (mmddyyyy)

- Search for West Aurora--add our library
- Add "Aurora Public Library" (even if you are not in Aurora, Aurora Public Library gives free access to all of our students)
